See the downloadable template. To narrow your slate of interviewees, try this:
- List the criteria by which you will judge each applicant, ranking the criteria on a 1-5 scale (1-less important, 5-most important)
- List the applicants on the horizontal axis and score them using the following scale (1-not a good fit, 3-good fit, 9-best fit)
- Define a “floor” ranking below which you will not interview applicants.
- The cross-multiplication will produce an emotionless outcome.
