One of the key aspects that makes Mission Transition the best book ever written on transition from the military is the depth of research that went into its creation. It is easily the most researched book of its kind. Each chapter of the book is supported by voluminous outside content. More than just supporting the points I make in the book, these resources serve as invitations to further advance your knowledge on all the topics I raise in the book.
