McKinsey Article on the Value of Hiring Veterans

I’m glad to see my friends at McKinsey & Company are finally awakening to the value of veterans in the workplace. While their recent article highlights the significant opportunity this talent pools holds for organizations, I’d suggest a couple of additional resources to help meet their ends:

1. My book Hiring Veterans, the most awarded book of its kind, and a practical guide to help organizations build programs to successfully assimilate members of the military community. Available anywhere books are sold.

2. The Purepost, Inc. platform, which provides the skills-matching basis for organizations to optimally hire members of the military community. Based on the largest proprietary database of translated competencies and skills on the planet, Purepost, Inc. will instantly translate a service member’s job history to their underlying competencies and skills and subsequently match them to any job opening in the US economy for which they are a fit based on that translation.

Look us up and see for yourself!
