Veterans at Vontier

I recently had the great honor of addressing Vontier’s Military ERG, Vontier Veterans, about how they might further their efforts within the organization. I was very impressed with the progress they have made in educating non-veterans in their organization. They present an exemplary case study in how organizations might go about supporting veterans and military spouses within their organization and recruiting more of their peers. As their outcomes demonstrate, these talent pools hold incredible value for any organization wise enough to capitalize on them.
