Big news! I just signed a book deal with Red Wheel / Career Press to publish my second book, Hiring Veterans: A Practical Guide for Improving the Competitiveness and Productivity of Your Organization. The book is a practical guide for corporate leaders on establishing programs to successfully assimilate veteran and military spouse talent. As was the case with Mission Transition, Hiring Veterans will be chock-full of case studies from a multitude of organizations across industry, academia, and government. Mark Elliott, who leads Military and Veterans Affairs for JPMorgan Chase, writes the Foreword. Hiring Veterans will be published in the Fall of 2023.
